The company was established 1987 in Graz ahead with Josip Drezga B.Sc.Eng. who quickly developed company into service oriented and reliable shipping agency. To provide close cooperation with domestic shipowners and charterers Croatia Chartering Ltd. 1990 moves headquarter to Rijeka.

- booking and chartering of tonnage from 500 mt deadweight upto panamax deadweight for exclusive charterers covering shipments of their dry and liquid cargoes and containers to various wordwide destinations
- Management of ships on behalf of exclusive charterers
